software update is very low on this mobile.
till now only received the last October 2020 security patch with one ui 2.5.
let's see when the next update comes.

m21s is same like f41 except the ram and rom difference.
m21s is available with 2 variety - 4gb ram 64 gb rom and 6 gb ram and 128 gb rom.
f41 is available with 2 variety - 6gb ram 64 gb rom and 6gb ram 128 gb rom.

Face and finger read sensors are malfunctioning intermediately.
No getting frequent updates on especially on f41 when compared to other samsung models.
Android 11 may be expected only after July 21.
Phone hanging happened twice in a month.
Very slow charging.
Rest are good 👍.

Are you Chinese ?, all chinese phone are coming with same feature and they changed model no........many examples are in the market..... I feel Samsung offering extra feature, long battery life, Latest Software, snapdragon, extra ram with minimum price..... so i suggest you pls. don't try negative image of Samsung phones...

bigger phone has bigger batteries and helps to last the phone longer.
I am happy with a 720p 5 inch display phone.
but nowadays it is impossible to find that.
so, need to choose from the trending ones.

Why is Samsung releasing the same phone with minor changes? Come on man, rivals are giving out next gen Snapdragon processors are they are still stuck in Exynos 9610/9611 from 2019.

it is working fine.
please check if you get a faulty device or not.
if faulty take it to service center to claim warranty purposes.

got the 128gb version for 12,999 before Diwali. Good all around phone for lite users (I meant for non gaming and a non photo craving)..... No Jan security patch yet.... still on Oct patch.....

I cant sing in starmaker...A koing sound is coming in this phone...please do the needfull...
