If its not worked here,then for voice assistance you may be called to Samsung customer care . . . I am sure if its any systematic problem,they can able to guide successfully to you. . Samsung customer care no 180030008282. . . . Call here and then simply press or tapp 1 repeatedly. . . . . . . . . Say with them . . Its the best way or in to service centre. .

And its not mini sim its micro...i hve to cut
