This phone is very slow and it freezes often...cnt be used in emergency situations due to the slowness. I would not advise anyone to buy this model, I did and after using it, realize what a poor choice I made. Dot do the same

avoid this like the plague. It is the WORST android phone I have owned. Many issues, but mainly it keeps freezing and is very slow. I have it on contract for another 9 months and am going to buy a different phone and use the sim card as my blood pressure is going sky high with it.

Had this phone a year and it is total rubbish. Took back to shop for factory reset as it kept crashing, spent 3 hours in shop and made no difference. Was told to buy new battery as it only lasted 5 hours, made no difference. I do not play any games onr music on it, I purely wanted it for texting and the odd call now and then and can't even do that. One 10 min call drains battery. Can take up to 5 minutes to open phone book to make a call or to open a text. Regularly having to switch it off and on again as it just freezes. Really really disappointing waste of money.

Crappy specs.Just a bit better than the new version of galaxy young.The ram is low,the processor is bad,the gpu is...like s2 plus gpu,videocore 4,singlecore mali-400mp performance.

Very slow, poor resolution screen, Battery life is totally shocking as it drains so rapidly you'd end up leaving the phone on charge for a long time depending on your usage, I would stay clear at all coats and opt for a much better phone 😎

crap! do not buy it, save some cash and buy some better phone! this shit lags as hell, it takes like 5 minutes to unlock screen by swipe! lag, lag and just lag!
