Help meInstall samsung Kies form the cd that was given in the pack or download it from samsung website.Connect your phone after installing it,the kies will automatically detect your firmware and intimate you if any update is available.If android 2.3 is available for your phone then it'll ask you to back up your phone,do it if needed,then click update,it'll take around 20 mins to upgrade,during this process your phone will restart automatically a few times and wait for the phone to start completely.After the upgrade go to settings -- about phone and check the firm ware.

ritz, 28 Sep 2011i bought this fon recently and opened the android market ap... moreOfcourse a lot of android apps are free in android market but to connect to the internet your network provider may charge.You've to activate an internet pack from your network provider if not the money will be deducted from your main balance for data download.

ritz, 28 Sep 2011i bought this fon recently and opened the android market ap... morebetter unable your packet data. Go to settings, mobile networks, mobile network settings and unable the "use packet data"

I bought a useless phone GT-B7722 a year back for lots of money. Useless phone. That will restart if i connect to the internet. no s/w update from samsung. With that phone I completely dissatisfied with samsung products. Then I bought nokia product.Now I am satisfied.

i bought this fon recently and opened the android market app and log in and started to download a game. however its written that its a free game however my bal is getting deducted? why? and when am trying to close or stop that download its not happening. every time i switch off and than switch on my phone that application starts running itself and starts downloading the game and again my bal goes to minus status. please tell me asap how to stop this app and run it only when i want . even tried by closing it through task manager where in all the running apps can be closed still nothing.please help.

Samsung Galaxy fit, for this phn all the features are awesome but sometimes automitically switch off is happen always time when some1 call/sms to this phn at the time of using Internet from this phn, and also at first time i can use Skype from this phn but after uninstalling Skype and again after downloaded from Android Market then this phn hav tried to install the Skype but fail and automitically swith off with vibration.

anna, 14 Sep 2011i have a problem with the sound.I cant hear the other party... moreyou can increase the volume through increasing the sound key placed in the left hand side of the phone. Try it when you are attending a phone call.
