Absolutely good for its price ...the plus of fit is its compact style,5mp cam,feather touch option and back buton and music play....the minus of fit is that it doesnt open gameloft games and other heavy games galaxy fit is nt fit for gaming because of its insufficent screen ...yet its worth buying and performance is guarenteed

hey all i have many choices but dont know which to choose , there is the galaxy fit , galaxy 551 , galaxy geo , lg op1 , htc wildfire , i just want a mobile with good battery backup and good for music ,gaming and app.can be stored on sd card,thx in advance

But then there seem to be 2 wa... moreAnswer to your first question,updating using KIES is possible only when Samsung officially releases the update which I think will not be possible in near future as the phones released almost an year ago didn't get an update yet.And for the other question,even my phone is less than a month old.So I didn't update my phone,I have posted a query in the link I have specified in order to know where to get the default firmware ( Indian version) if we are not satisfied with the update.So if I can find the default firmware,then I can do anything on earth with my phone and can flash the default firmware if something goes wrong.

i don think it supports 2.3.4 y don you try 2.3.3 its almost the same..

Thanx kk that really helped. But then there seem to be 2 ways of updating it to gingerbread. Some are saying update it using kies and your link says somthing different.....
So which is the standard process?
Also i am bit afraid to update my phone as it is only a month old. Please tell me if it is safe to update or it can harm the phone in any ways??
