ratheesh vallikkavu, 25 Feb 2012samsung galaxy fit performance is amazing comparing to othe... moreya it is the best smart phone compare to other in this range...!! but some times it gets hacks during using apps... so i have instal anti virus then too it stops functioning sometimes..plezz tell me how to stop this nonsence...!!

kd, 05 Feb 2012plz help me...i m fad up of its internet speed since 1week.... moreInstall speedtest.net and check out your network speed. In India there are lots of issue with EDGE ( 2.5 G ) network speed. Even 3G speed is less in India compared to Europe. I have tested 3G & 2.5G network vodafone network in India & in Europe.

In my last 2 post I forgot to mention that i m now on gingerbread ddkt1 ( upgraded from foryo to gingerbread ddkq5 and later to ddkt1, I will not update to DDKT3 as there are issue with speed ( it decreases speed compared to ddkt1 firmware )).

To install more application, I opted to root my galaxy fit and installed droid2sd application from market. Which allowed me to transfer almost all application to SD. Now Galaxy Fit works fine for me.

when i purchased this phone with 2.2 froyo the battery last for 1 day only (moderate use) and last for couple of hours when using internet and gps
but after i updated it to 2.3.4 gingerbread the battery last for 2 days and half (moderate use)and 8 hours using internet and gps
the phone in idle status the battery last for 2 days and half (making calls and playing games without internet)

i have been using this phone from past 11 months, and quite satisfied with the performance except for the fact that sometimes wi-fi switches off when switched on. i have to switch of the phone and switch on again for wi-fi to work.
can anyone help me how to solve this ?
