Samsung Galaxy Fold tipped to launch on September 27
Noted tech blogger Evan Blass just revealed the launch date for the Samsung Galaxy Fold is set for September 27. Samsung previously confirmed it’s bringing its revised Galaxy Fold starting September but the company did not disclose a specific date.
According to past rumors Samsung may release the Fold in South Korea as early as September 18 but we still don’t have confirmation on that. Back in July, the company issued an official statement which detailed all the improvements made to the design of the Fold. These include a revised hinge mechanism as well as an extended protective layer on top of the display to prevent any particles from damaging the screen.
Samsung also claimed it worked on improving the user experience with more optimized apps and services capable of taking advantage of the large screen real estate. All that’s left now is for Samsung to confirm the release date.

A 6.5+ inch phone that fits in any jeans pocket? (the Fold 2) I think, it's petty obvious the flat rectangular slab is a dead phone walking.
