in my opinion this has to be the worst phone I have ever used, so freaking slow, I cannot open whatsapp whitout having to wait ast least 5 minutes to make it work, and is the only app that I have, have format the phone clear up all the running apps and still same shit

every time i make a phone call locks shows up need to press 2 time to unlock it otherwise i cannot close it and same think when i have to close the phone after i talk. please help its a new phone

Its the worst phone ever.Its war to bring up the keyboard its also war to take it off..When you turn on data, the device gets confused. .for battery..I think it's uses finger battery. .loll..

I bought t... moreI have used it for a year or so by now. it works fine, but is slow. the storage is quite limited, and probably the biggest disadvantage is the absence of a frnt camera. but I adore the dual sim, and I wouldn't change it for a much better telephone if it hasnt that option. my two cards are even from different countries and never got a problem with any of both.

I need a phone that makes calls and sends texts. I bought this to replace my 10 year old brick thinking it would be an improvement. It accepts incoming texts but refuses to send them. Talk Talk checked out all the settings and they are correct but it still doesn't do it. If it was a car it would have been recalled. DO NOT BUT THIS AS IT MUST BE THE WORST PHONE EVER. It would be nice if Samsung or Car Phone Warehouse would do something about it but pigs might fly.

So slow! The user experience is terrible. Fortunately it's not mine but the company's cell phone. I prefer my son's very cheap Lumia 435. Got it a few weeks ago but I'm not liking it. GPS takes several minutes to catch satelite signal. Slowest phone I ever worked with.

So far so good.This is a good handset with good battery for the basic things i need to use with decent memory.Basically if you buy a device tailored for your needs you will get satisfaction.Overall the phone is good for its time and even this time on my part.

Great phone for it's age, I bought this around 2 years ago (was Feb 2014), still using it to this day. The major downside of this phone is the lack of a front camera which makes it annoying for video calls as you'd have to turn the phone around, other than that it's quite solid.
Battery life on this phone is pretty good, it lasts me through a full day's work. 512MB ram is pretty small and will fill up quickly if you try to run multiple programs at the same time expect it to slow down, Tip: Disabling unnecessary programs (read: bloatware) can greatly free up memory.
Overall it's still a good phone even in this day, I never had any technical problems with it either (dropped it twice by accident). Pretty much any android phone will be better than this these days, but for anyone that still owns this, it still has its use.

It's kind of okay, as long as you don't demand too much of the puny processor. Dual SIM is quite handy at times. No proximity sensor is a pain, and a slow to register inputs means that hanging up after a call takes ages, leave a voicemail and the last ten seconds of your message will invariably go 'how do I hang up this darned thing?'. Like most things Samsung, looks nice and shiny but functionally it can disappoint. I bought it because of super-low SAR value, ie. no more headaches during a call. Frankly that is of little consolation when the device is so frustrating in other ways. I would seriously look for something else, knowing what I know now.
