This will void your warranty though and not encourage to do so. Better wait for lollipop which comes around April. Most of it will be exhibited in the Mobile World Congress in March first before released.

phne is nice to use better compatability but phone hangs a lot everything is better but tis is the only problem

nick, 30 Jan 2015when will android 4.4.4 launched on this device?If my calculations are right, there won't be an 4.4.4 update for this one. And it will directly update to Lollipop just like what happend to Samsung S4.

salahuddin Quazi, 29 Jan 2015I have purchase Galaxy Grand2 6 months ago.It body silver c... moreI know right. The old glossy silver bumper get removed quite easily unless you use casing. The new metal looking silver bumper on newer smartphone seem much better. I guess Samsung tries to improved it though it still plastic but more durable. Those silver thing usually takes 6 months to 2 years to corrode away. Casing is very much recommended for this problem.

my sm G 7105 has NFC.. and yes after updating kitkat ram usage getting low and more free ram available .. and battery life also increase .. its a good phone.. if samsung uses metal parts phone get more heavy and non user friendly.. phones should come with plastics for easy handling . phones like note 4 has a internal metal cheesy for control rigidity .. i think thats enough . low cost and durable.
