deepi, 19 Jan 2015My phone samsung galaxy grand 2 get switchoff and then auto... morelot of people are facing these restarting issue with blue screen.samsung has come up with binary software to resolve this issue. upgrade your phn to that hopefully your issue would get resolved

AnonD-350522, 19 Jan 2015I m sorry to say dude but i think u r unlucky in ur purchse... moreBro firstly you're no one to decide or comment about my fate.... so do you think that the authorised service centres have all the expert knowledge about the phones..... don't forget that the people sitting there have not made the phone... they just asked you to change something and you blindly did that, without even thinking that it was necessary or not.... if the phone's bracket was damaged the spot would never dissappear (this was a common sense thing), if the bracket was broken due to the use of back covers than why it was only in some phones... it would be in every phone.... its not the case with every phone....!! Also this was my last rply for you on this forum....!!

samsung is a wrost and cheater compnay in the world,they keep price very much at launch tym . .exmaple grand 2 was 22999 in march 2014 and in june 18500 and now 15699, . So guys just think, ,nd never buy any samsung phone. .they are making fool. . .

I said same words which i have heard frm company and if u think dat company also don't knows real cause of this problem and u r vry much sure dat u knw it very well then u should contact to samsung and help them they must reward u.
