You might try going to other samsung service centre trying your luck.

Hi Anonymous,
If you remove some data and make some space available then you will be able to see that data.
Because of lack space that data will hide, but after having enough space then it will shows that lost data as it not deleted from the phone

i brought mu samsung grand 2 just 5 days back.
-great going..
-yesterday i clicked many pics and also some videos..
it then asked your memory wl b full shortly...u wont b able to click pics...whether u want to sync to make space available..
-and i clicked on yes.
- then i lost some important videos n pics which i was clicking.
-does sync deletes your recent files..
-older pics are safe.
-current ones are not to b seen
-can i get them back

used HTC Desire.... I feel much better phone than HTC series of same price...!!
Problem which occurs in Samsung now a days that phone hangs a lot..not facing this problem...

I just got the phone and it was lovely using it, until I upgraded from 4.3 to 4.4.2 and then my camera quality reduced and my battery began draining fast. When will 4.4.3 or 5.0 update be pushed? and what can i do in the mean time?
