Samsung grand 2 was of Early 2014 Smartphone why you are experiencing 4G VOLTE connectivity in this mid range device it supports cat 3.Stop crying here this Smartphone will not going to receive any update for 4G VOLTE connectivity.Better to buy new device to enjoy Reliance JIO VOLTE services.
