Friends if i downgrade my phone to Jb 4.3 and during the process, my phone bricks..will the guys at service center know that my phone got bricked during the process of downgrading? m really considering downgrading and my phon is under warranty..a reply would be greatly appreciated..Thanks

Shhzd amar, 23 Dec 2014Hey.... OTG needs software support and not hardware support... moreI am sorry to say this friend. but while using OTG the connected device to the mobile consumes power from mobile.so the OTG needs hardware support. therefore on grand 2, OTG is not allowed by its hardware.

If I dont receive Lollipop update on my Grand 2 by January, I vow neither I will ever purchase Samsung phones again, nor I'll let anyone else known to me buy the company's craps of plastic.

Shhzd amar, 23 Dec 2014First of all S4 and grand 2 are not comparable.... S4 is 10... moreThis is not a good mobile phone. The features are amazing but There is a lot of problems. Sometimes Camera is fail to open. Sometimes it starts automatically. Sometimes it hangs.

ashik, 23 Dec 2014in my grand 2 mobile, applications are not installing only ... moreyou have to tick unknown sources under applications tab in settings. from there you can already install apps from 3rd party sources
