I have problem with the storage system in my grand 2. I only have a few application and some application using the external storage but still storage space running out of space.
Is there anyone having the same problem with me? Do you have any suggestion what should i do? Thanks in advance

I just use the phone for 1 days, previously use samsung note 1..
errr... the speed is slow, when you press home screen... sometimes it takes 2 sec to go to home screen... I just format the phone and install a few apps.. and... the gps is totally unreliable... always no gps connection.. unlike note 1.. i just need 2 secs to get gps connection.. but this grand 2, omg... the gps is really unreliable.. but if sir can bear with these 2 issues... and use for calling, message, watsapp, it is a good phone.. not recommend for using gps and browsing internet using desktop function.. extremly slow (-.-)

Ram always over 1Gb and internal storage over 6gb always fully packed so I can't use big games easely problem creating Mobile is hanging

rs, 01 Dec 2014My grand 2 performance is good , bt from last 2 days ... moreur phone's pixels are dying one bye one...if ur phone is under warrenty, go to service centre and get whole display replaced....other wise whole display will die..

My grand 2 performance is good , bt from last 2 days I'm not noticing white spots on my phone screen. ..
These spots r only visible when we look some black colour pic or wallpaper. ...
M confused . let me help out....

I can't use mobile data connection. I can use only E connection (GPRS) I did all settings correct, but i still cant use 3G connection. What to do now, help me guys! :(

Its an excellent smart phone..of course you can prefer cheap smartphone with better specifications but there is not a single black dot when you would prefer to buy phones under the ceiling of branded companies. Excellent battery back up. :) :)

The sensor around the earpiece is bad.The smart cover make the phone stupid.The quad core processor doesn't seem to work.The phone always busy,ram always above 1gb

Have been using GG2 for nearly two months. Love the phone other than the frustrating GPS which is very unreliable. It sometimes locks fast but it doesn't lock most of the time.
My phone comes with Kitkat 4.4.2 preinstalled.

Is the latest grand 2 comes with 4.4.2...??? or we have to upgrade it?? I am totally confused.. bt the samsung store are telling that it comes with kitkat 4.4.2 .... in the internet it is showing that jellybean... upgradable to kitkat... plse help me ... by providing the correct information.

Hi...i hv bought this amazing phone some dayz before when i experienced this phone i got software update icon when i clicked on that something started downloading and now i hv got that new updates(44.65 mb) hv been downloaded n require to install plz tell me should i install or not as i live in pakistan...m so much confused plz tell me
