After the 38 mb update almost everything is optimised... battery bckup is okay, heating issues reduced at a great extent.. the phone is restored as it was on jellybean 4.3... only one problem... the blue screen has now started flashing on my device but as if there are no unushal restarts or any other problem.... just have to check the GPS navigation.... it was disturbed aftr the kitkat update

I think new problems are:
1. usage of external memory, specially for application. i downloaded asphalt 8 & moved to external SD though it is using my internal memory & only couple of MB showing in SD.
2. My Vaio wont detect my phone. however charging happened. i have tried all like updated drivers & kies & battery removal all. but nothing works.
If anybody have any idea please let me know.

I got it july 2014, Now I am unable to install that 38MB update it is showing Error while installing that update, Also my mobile getting restardted automatically several times

Guys believe it or not...!!!!!!
After 38mb update Grand 2 battery is draining fast.
So plz avoid this update.

Kunal , 19 Nov 2014I have 2 handset of Grand 2 in my family in both the handse... moreyes i have same problem like this... there is liquid shade on my screen. Then i contact to samsung service center. they change a new display..
I think main problem in samsung grand 2 is bend screen in the pocket.

Hey guys, i just bought this phone last week. This phone is great but i had problem with 'auto backup' photo. It cant been delete at all. I want to delete it but it wont work. Please help me how to delete please. Please reply thanks.
