Pls can someone help me. I upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4 last month am in Nigeria after i did a factory reset. To my surprise my grand 2 always go off and restart itself, dis has happen twice dis morning. Pls what do i do to stop dis restarting. Pls help.

i hve been using grand 2 since 2 mnths... its a great phone but i am facing problem that i m not able to play HD games like NFS most wanted,modern combat 4 etc. it close with error "unfortunately nfs has stopped"... so wht should i do...???

Suppose my phone gets autolocked after 30secs of inactivity my screen goes into sleep. Then when i get a sms the screen wakes. This doesn't happen with my xperia phone. In xperia only notification led light lights up.

It's normal that the notification light will lit up . There is no settings that it will turn that light off. I do suggest look for a phone dont have a notification bulb, so it would not bother you.

samsung galaxy grand 2 is the worst phone ever i have seen and used.. dont go for this phone ever in your life.. it restarts automatically.. its the worst problem in samsung phone.

*2767*3855# and then see factory format. Wait until its done..
But remember,it will loss all of your data.
If again problem occour,then its wireless or hardware issue..

i have been using Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 for eight months now and found it to be really value for money. it has a lot of features which makes it entertaining as well. though i feel that accessories accompanying it could be better in quality. rest is good. a 4 on 5 for me.

PLS HELP.
My entire lock screen lights up every time I receive a SMS on my Grand 2. How can I disable this?
I have another android phone but there is no issue with that, only notification light lights-up when I receive SMS.

Some are saying that it will get and some have no information about it... on one site it was listed that it will get the 4.4.4 update in the last week of October.... I don't think so because a few days before it got the 123mb update... so any further update cannot be so quick... regarding the andriod L... samsung has a rule that it doesnt give the updates it produces new phones instead.... if you are talking about the support period than what about the S duos 2... samsung has launched S duos 3 with kitkat but it didnt give the S duos 2 the kitkat but its still in the 18 month support period... coming to the S3 neo.. its in the 18 month support period but struck on 4.3 jellybean... the grand 2 used to be in the eyes of people so the company gave it updates... but now it has became a quite old so I dont think any updates will be there hereafter... also from a trusted source it is known that for the andriod L update the galaxy S5 and note 4 are only the phones which are in the eyes of samsung....

a blue light appears on screen and automatically teh phone gets restarted whenever am using wifi i dont know why is it so..it has been a month i bought the mobile.. overall phone is good but this problem is not able to solve and am searching for the solution.. if any solution please reply me thank u ..
