10days back I bought Grand2. After 2days I updated it to 4.4.2. Here the prob starts. Screen oftenly turn in blue blank display n restarts. Can anybody know how to solve or hard reset. Plz genuine ans will be appreciatable

I trust only on official updates... and one thing is clear that it will not get any 4.4.4 update or the andriod L update.... whereas sony has already launched the 4.4.3 update for grand 2's competetor T2 ultra... It will get the 4.4.4 update soon.... whereas samsung maybe planning for some other shit to make....!!
