i've just purchased grand 2 and suddenly some blue screen appear and my phone is getting switched off automatically. It has happened thrice in 3 hours. Till now i have'nt inserted sim niether sd card.. Pls help as it is my first smart phone.

Hai broz... it a good phone from samsung under 20k.samsung had done a good job in this phone ...huge crispier display..camera is osme..8mp and 2mp front.. and also 1.5gb ram and quad core procssr its great for multitasking ...overall it is a great phone from samsung ..so those who want to buy this phone they could go for it...i love this phone:-D:-D:-D:-D

hey frndz grand 2 is the bst phone ever in prie range....those who are thinking to buy just goo for it ...i have purchased my grand before 6 months ago no issues...no problems...and to i have an update of kitkat 4.4.2 i have updated it...those who are giving bad opinion about grand 2 juz ignore them because if they have used grand 2 they wont give such a bad reply...thank you...must reply

Using it for 6 months in a row. So far so good :) got a 4.4.2 kitkat update yet didn't install it :D more days ahead for me to decide whether to update to 4.4.2 or stick to 4.3 ;)

But let the people thought... moreSamsung is successful because of advertising only.Last year they spent 11 billion dollars only on mobile marketing. While their biggest rival sony spent only 2.2 billion. If we consider samsung has more products but still it should not be more than 4 billion.
If samsung produces better products then why they overspends on advertisement.
You can see samsung's ads everywhere on tv, , internet, sponsorship etc.They offer more commission to mobile shops thats why salesman always persuades to buy samsung mobile. Everywhere mobile shops, , television, public places you will see samsung. Why?
Have you seen other brands doing so much advertisement.
They continuously hammering people with advertisement. Even a person who dont have any knowledge of mobiles will say samsung is best.all this is because of adverising influence.
I have used many samsung devices I like their super amoled screens.but I dont like their attitude towards updates, design and build quality.

And who says samsung is best?
If samsung is best then why dont they give stable kitkat update to grand 2. Why there is not a single update for more than 90% of mid and low range devices? Why they dont use ips display, gorilla glass or display with good contrast ratio?
S Advance and s3 too had highly unstable jelly bean update but samsung never corrected there mistakes by bringing stable update.
May be samsung is best for its high end devices like s line and note line.
But for mid and low range devices they put average hardware with rarely any update. They are not anyway best for low and mid range.

i am buy grand 2 before 2 weeks ago its working nice, but one problem faced regularly, some times when i call seem 2 & standby setting also seem 2, but after calling is come back again seem 1 how it is possible please tell

on 3-10-2014 i buy Samsung galaxy grand 2 on same day it automatically switched off and then restart this problem is repeated and it get to much heat.please suggest me what i do?can my phone replaced or what?
