Hi,i have purchased Grand 2 one week ago, when i delete files in sd card that files (it may be videos, music, word,excel etc..) is not delete but it shows as files deleted, in fact that files will not delete. what can i do? please help me

I have purchased grand 2 one week ago, files in sd card is not deleting, moving, copping. when i delete files it may be videos, songs, word, excel etc.. that shows as file deleted, in fact the files not deleted. please help me.
