Bot this device after reading review from gsmarena....but one thing for sure, this device drain battery very bad and got overheat when browsing (not charging). I hope my fair review useful for all the reader here.
after installing battery doctor, google+ is the cause to take the battery life. Deleted it just now, hope the battery can hold longer.

i have a problem that sometimes i could not hear ringtone as well as all the notification tones...also videos cannot play.when i restart the phone the everything will b allrite but later will go to previous stage itself.in settings all the volume control is in maximum ..pls tell any solution to this soon

I understand your concern regarding the unavailability of a firmware update for your Samsung handset SM-G7102
We would like to inform you that feedback to release a firmware update
(Kitkat v4.4.2) for SM-G7102 has already been sent to our department concerned. They are in the process of developing the same. However, as of now there is no official release date available with us.
Also, your Samsung handset comes with a feature which will automatically inform you about any new firmware release provided it is connected to Internet.
Go to Menu > Settings > General > about device > Update (check for update).

Dont be think 4.4 kitkat update because its a samsung midrange device and samsung dont care about the their midrange devices and do care about only on flagships
Example samsung galaxy s4 is one year old and flop like the s5 bcoz of heating and lagging issue but this device already got kitkat in march ( 4 months old) but grand 2 is the most popular device in 2014 but no update because of the samsung midrange title
So strongly suggested next time dont buy the samsung midrange device
Even most successful grand also getting only one update?

How can i install the "tahoma" font in Grand 2. This is my standard font in my cp's (S2 & S4) because of its readability. When I install the said font (tahoma)in Grand2 ... "the font is not supported". Please help. Many thanks.
