Hi
I am using a E71 for last 5 years and bought the grand 2 last month.E71 used to scare me at the beginning thinking it might burst when i used to make net calls.U cannot keep the phone near your ears.So that fine nothing happened till date and the grand 2 have the same issue but the heating is comparitively less.Will suggest to switch off the phone while charging.Heating the result of high performance and ram utilization nothing else

what the hell u r preparing i purchased grand 2 before 8 days now camera flash is not working what the hell u doing u have no value for 22500 rs i paid this much and the company is not getting back the mobile phone samsung is worst

Some people do complain of the overheating problem on Samsung Galaxy Grand 2.I also experienced it.I discovered the major reason for the heating was a bad/fake SD Card.I went to bought an original SD card (8 gig for N1500 against the fake that sells for N500).then,my phone function normally & as cool as ever even when I stream for about 2 hours. Also, make sure your screen brightness is set to the bearest minimum . This phone is supeeerb! !!!.

It is getting heated around the camera whenever i perform some functions. Even while charging it gets heated up. Any suggestions of what can be done. Will samsung replace me a new handset.

Hi frnz,i bought grand 2 last month .. since a week or two m facing some prblm in network. My sim one maximum time shows that no service but same ntwrk exists in other device.so pls help me out frnz... :(

soumya93, 29 Apr 2014It gives 100% charge notification,but when i discharged it ... moreUr battery damaged now because of overcharged................Better replace the battery or follow what i said.........After full charge disconnect the phone from data after 5 mins........If this help u then no need to replace the battery.
