I got phone today looks very smart can't use it fully as it needs a smaller sim. Hope it was mentioned in the specifications.

Hello, i haven't used or even physically seen this device, but having carefully read through the specs sheet; i hereby conclude that Samsung GG2 is slightly overpriced, regardless of some significant improvements it has over it's predecessor. Most importantly, a scratch resistant (Gorilla) screen should have been used for adequate protection. Honestly, at Rs. 22,999, Samsung proved to be too profit-conscious! Emmanuel from Nigeria.

I have pre-booked Samsung Grand 2 for 2000/- INR. They were showing and are still showing 3 colors including a pink color on their MICRO-SITE and Advertisements on Yahoo Mail India. But at the time of full payment they have refused to send a Pink Color. I strongly suggest that Please Don’t Pre-Book any Device on Samsung India as they are just making fool of general public. They refuse to honor their own commitments and even refuse to accept that they are showing 3 colors of Grand 2. I am forced to buy a white color which I was not interested in. They have left us no choice, otherwise 2000/- INR pre-booking amount will get forfeited. They are cheating on us by showing 3 different colors and forcing the pre-booking customers to buy only white one. Shame on you Samsung India!
I remember the time when Samsung Staff pleads to Retailers to buy their phones. I hope and pray that Samsung will see the same time again. General public should beware of their fooling tactics.

I bought it two days back.
phone seems good to me.
enjoying speed work. nice foldered view for all apps.
processor works better with 1.5 gb ram and 8gb internal storage.
not started using all functions yet.
its loaded with samsung hub and s traveller kinda samsung stuff.
battery is good. goes for almost 16-18 hours with decent use. used heavily for 3g and twitter and google plus uploads and downloads for 4 hours in which battery was drained only 25%.
Camera quality is ok. little yellowish tinge I got on some images. clarity is good.
price could have been slashed more.
weight. its light weight compared to prev GGQ and GG1.
But compared to others samsung gives you quality little better than all Indian and chinese versions.

cons are:
its too big to handle and carry.
needs BT to talk as its cumbersome.
Vibrator mode can't be stopped.
Processor could have been faster.
In my view if u can afford go for google nexus 5 16 gb which comes @30-31 for 16 gb and much more faster processor.

nick, 23 Jan 2014black colour is available in store of grand 2 ????Am using samung but made by samsum or chinees samsung .original samsung not available in india espacially jamm and kashmir (original samsung is korean made)
