I purchased it over my grand 2 paying an amount of 19000rs.... I was just too much disappointed... Bad camera, lagging issues, heating issues. I was just saturated by it... Also htc is also not providing each and every phone with lollipop...

worst phone ever . lag and battery drain fast if you dont turn on power saving mode. one thing i realised that is THERE IS NOT NOTEPAD/MEMO or so called snote available at all . internal memory is very low and most of the memory is taking by the system and the camera is the worst is 8MP but is so pixelated the picture and since i bought it is cause me alot of problem even charging is very slow when i first got it and 30 min for 1 percent , and i even sent it to warranty is still the same and picture loading time is very slow when ever i need to show my client some picture and there goes the LOADING ALL THE TIME and internet using 3g is slow as hell . to summarize all the THIS IS THE WORST PHONE I EVER HAD FROM SAMSUNG

Btw, Samsung already released better phone than Grand 2, the E series and A series. You all mocking the Grand Prime is the same as mocking Samsung engineers' hard work. Grand2 has powerful chipset with great 1.5 gb of ram its fully deserve lolipop update.....

Grand2 has powerful q.comsnapdragon chipset with huge 1.5gb ram ann moto g2 have chipset with only 1 gb of ram its runs lolipop.....why grand2 not??

I hate you samsung grand2 is last device of your company its very good but we will never buy samsung product again in our life.....samsung cheating with his customer......guys go with htc or micromax its 7000 device get updated on lolipop and our grand2 have 22000 and not update in lolipop so what we buycat of samsung product .....and suggest every one never buy samsung......i hate u samsung shame on u.....u not satified your customer.....pls dnt disspointing us its deserve lolipop......samsung pls last reqest
