are there any major / noticeable changes with new update ?
The issues like gallery opening slowly, image is cropped in the landscape mode, gallery data increasing automatically etc are solved ?
Guys who have updated, please inform whether it is worth updating. What is the size of update ?
Please reply fast. I'm planning update it tmro if its worth.

yeah im still having trouble choosing either the g or the grand.. the G is fast and the screen is very attractive.. the galaxy grand has the look of the s3/note which is more attractive but the battery life is bad. and also for those experiencing problems on their grand you can most likely fix them by rooting and flashing a custom rom (already released 4.4 rom for grand)

because of the children I put a password to lock the screen when. I tried to open my phone and after writing the password it doesn't open and I found emergency call instead . can any one help me to open it .

Hi Try linking the contacts to device instead of other accounts like google, sim1 or sim2 you may get a full screen caller ID basically 3/4th ... well to say i have this phone for over a month and the phone is smooth ... even though the phones internal memory has only .25 mb storeage left the phone still doesnt lag ... may it be internet or installed application .... the screen is awesome even under borad daylight ... battery is consumes quickly but if u turn of live wall paper, page buddy, keep the screen brightness low... the battery will lost long ... i also keep the multi window and the screen rotation off and it gives me an excellent battery back up ... the best thing to charge the batter when it rached 20% and from there it takes nearly 45 mons to charge to 95% ... its a good phone and now the prices has dropped down ... laung price was 21500 INR and now io bought it for 16K .. they might stop manufacturing with the arrival of grand 2 ...

How much the size it will show the Caller... moreIt shows almost 3/4 of the screen size if you just create a contact photo from the gallery. The top portion is hidden behind the name and number displayed at the top of the screen.
A smaller size photo is shown if you backup and restore the contacts (if contact photo is created before backup).
This is what i am experiencing.
Hiding the top portion behind the name/ number displayed is annoying. Any solution ?
Even the images (gallery) viewed in horizontal mode are cropped from the top. Also in vertical mode, if we zoom an image, then we can not PAN (move) it over entire image area.
I am on 4.2.2
