A superb phone at its price... official 4.2.2 update avalailable now.. aftr the update the phone has become more stable, smooth, faster & no hangs or freezes... camera & video clarity is good.. aftr 4.2.2 update it suports 1080p full hd videos of "any formats" without any additional media players required.. I was also facing many problems before the update... i have updated my phone 3 months ago and no hangs or freezes yet aftr 4.2.2 update... multi window operations have also improved aftr the update.. Grand with 4.2.2 updated os really rockzzz...

use only 1.5 month my grand automatic upgrade to 4.2.2...now mobile is getting hang / BLACK screen while open apps.

Worst Ever service by samsung i could ever find.
I bought samsung galaxy grand on 17th june, 2013. few months it worked very well, but real problem started after some months. My loud speaker stopped working on 03rd December,2013, since my phone was in warranty, i took it to the nearby service center(#Ref/Bill no.4164552467... ref no given by service center).After inspecting the phone they said circuit has been tampered by someone and they will not repair in warranty and i'll have to pay for repairs. Can't you people(samsung) use your common sense, dealer opened the seal in front of my eyes when i purchased the product, it just few months old.. my phone along with accessories are under warranty, why i should give my phone to anyone to tamper it(and not give to service center).It is your Manufacturing Defect,which is completely company's responsibility. How can a common man know about any defect in your mobile phone which was sealed pack.
This was the worst service i have ever received.
