I have got update near about 18.5mb today on my galaxy grand from samsung software update menu. after that update my galaxy grand is working smoothly till now. I felt a change in speed after that update.

Never ever buy Samsung Galaxy grand. Utter waste..
don't waste your time in thinking to buy this phone.
I bought this phone in feb-2013 and each and every day i am facing different problems. Even charger and head phones are not working now.

k, 26 Nov 2013Hard press the centre button and then press task manager th... moreThanx for telling the way to clear RAM manually. But, does clearing the RAM stop the backgroung running apps OR we have to do other operation to stop the running apps. If yes, how??
And by the way, most peole use dowmloaded apps to clear RAM & to stop backgroung running apps. Is it good to use apps OR do manually by using the fon function???

I have upgraded my grand to 4.2.2 from 4.1.2 just two week's ago. And then onwards I got a problem with my gallery. I can easily hide any photos but while I unhide it my gallery stops working and shows "unfortunately gallery has stopped working". Do any one find such problem or any solution for this.

guys please visit this website, there is a link suggest to CEO. Please evryone ask the CEO to provide Android 4.4 KitKat for Samsung Galaxy Grand aS IT is capable to run the OS very smoothly. i request evryone to message him so that they release the OS upgrade soon for grand

first time i purchased samsung Galaxy Grand I9082 at cost of rs.20000... every time i am facing problem...no of technical issues in grand.... some videos doesnt support.. if support video then audio does nt support viceversa....i wasted 20000 in my life.. they changed 3 times mother board with in1.5months...service is very very poor.....samsung maintains fight masters in service centres.... in grand 2g speed is very very low....even opening og google taking more than 2minutes in idea network....i am asked in service centre they said grand doesnt support 2g speed ....only 3g and wifi supports...3g and wifi ok in my mobile....more over friends dont buy samsung grand.....

Dont buy grand. The galaxy grand 2 is coming in 2 weeks. So wait for that.

Mind you, mine SGG got a latest 4.2.2 out of the box. IDK if 4.1 user struggle wth lag issues... For charging, usually it takes around 2 hours or less to fully charged
