I also faced the same. Then i could successfully completed it with Kies.

This phone is simply an S2 with bigger screen and only 4 Gb memory available. But will change my S2 for this one. I like the big screen, and is twice cheaper than a GS4...

You can you use internet in both the sims...but 3G supports only in sim1...sim2 is only 2G....
