I am using this since last two and half years.. I am not happy with this phone. I won't recommend also. There are many other brands available at this cost working far superior in comparison. Always battery exhaust. Hangs up very often. And many more .
Finally I got vexed and changed into another mobile for a very low rate with better performance than this damn piece.

I am using Samsung Galaxy Grand GT 19082 mobile phone. unfortunately, system.tool has stopped appeared in the screen. Then I click ok. Repeatedly it appears and couldn't enter in any option. I am very much worry in the sense that there are invaluable voice record of my beloved 94 years father in voice recorder, so many creation of mine as short songs, poems in Colour Note, Valuable picture in Camera DCIM and became unable to save these stored things in laptop or in ext SD card. So please kindly suggest the way to make alive these things anyhow. I am looking forward to your response in your early convenience.

iam using grand i9082 model at presend it is fine and good model but usb and pen drive not support in this model

purchased this phone in 2012...was hanging now but after software update working superb...

Midoisland, 29 Oct 2015I have this cell phone since June 2013 and here-under my op... moreAgreed with you..I've been using it since early or mid year 2013, it's still working properly with light usage... very seldom to hang.. but to compare with todays smartphone, we could free the difference especially the speed..
It had fallen many times, but its toughness really surprised me. It always be my kids toys, there are few games they had installed in it, like candy crush soda, diner dash, air attack hd lite, babyphone, baby rattle, temple of anubis. Other apps used by myself, like mx player, vibet, whatsapp, flashlight with some of its accesories like police and warning lights, camscanner, and messenger.
When using smartphone, we need to treat it like a computer.. I always make sure to transfer files from the memory to other memory card and to external hard disc..

The phone is always hang, poor battery, poor signal, got signal but cannot make & receive call. i hate this phone.

It's probably one of the worst possible buys, you can might as well donate 20k instead of blowing it on this crappy phone... it hangs like crazy especially when I need to use it urgently, and I personally wouldn't recommend Samsung phones because they come from the same useless company. It takes nearly half the day to charge, and the battery drains out in a couple of hours. Mine is 2 years old now. This phone doesn't fail to disappoint in any aspect. Judis to Samsung!

I have been using it, for almost 3 years. I bought in on des 2012. I works fine, even sometimes it hang a bit. The key is dont take many datas save, or hard game that takes alot of memory.
Overall this gadget is better than other gadget whose only get 5mp for rear camera, and vga camera at front.
It takes 8gb memory instead of 5 gb memory.

i have been using this phone from since 1yr battery is dead within a year and hang like a shit every single application. the only application doesnt hang is calculator

This is a 2012 model mobile. So now you cant compare it with 2015 handset. It work fine with less amount of applications, But hangs when u fully load it with apps or data.
