My samsung galaxy grand got held, i was charging when i saw it was held, i pulled battery out and replaced it again, it opens the initial welcoming window but does not go beyond, i am struck, my fone is held. what to do?

Hello can you help me? Did you guys encounter in the samsung galaxy grand that the names in the messages/conversation became "Anonymous"? Then after that when you open again the messages, there are no messages or conversations left..It needs restart to be normal again. What will I do not to encounter this again? Did you encounter this?? thanks to all! need answers please!
