Can you please tell me how to disable text msgs from notification bar i mean it shows the text in it i just want to see new message how can i enable it?? For privacy i have downloaded app lock but everytime there is a message it is displayed on the notification bar how to prevent this or disable this

Dear friend I updated my Samsung galaxy grand with jelly bean 4.2.2... It's yet not officially available.... But the file is 807 mb...
Here is the list of new features:-
1.New browser,Music Player,Calculator,Video Player,FM Radio,S voice,Voice Recorder,New Samsung TW UI and much more.
2. some new features like transparent notification bar, Smart Stay, Light effect by unlocking, Page Buddy and Day dream. The device itself feels pretty fast compared with Android 4.1.2 and the battery life seems to be improved. Samsung didn’t update the camera with new features, Polaris Office 5, in this update Samsung has not included S4 apps like S health,Paper Artist,Samsung Watchon but still these can be installed.You can download these apps by searching them on google.

guys i have heard that grand does not support subway surfer and many other apps....is that true....
i shud go for for grand or xperia l?

Hi there I just want to ask is the screen resolution is good and can play 1080p and how the phone perform when playing games like fifa12 or etc?

i bought the phn its superb and if u all have to need more ram free go for easy task killer.......app its cool
and phone is running superb just waiting for 4.2.2 update......

Hi guyz...
i have just updated my Galaxy Grand to 4.2.2 latest firmware and trust me my phone is now like butter
it runs Wild blood, spiderman, batman, all the HD games, high end games, easily like butter which didnt support earlier version but now it happens i am very happy to see that and samsung changes major graphic improvements in Grand.
now battery back up is 25% increase as compare to last version, Transperant Status bar, now move to sd card is possible and its option is available there i am very happ;y to see it, new music player, new video player, new lock screen light effect, many of s4 faetures are now in Grand, you can customise your lock screen, and may more changes i like new UI.
go for it guyz i have not faces any single issue after update..
