Hei guys there is a new firmware update just go to settings and open software update check for updates .its 17mb size . Now my phone works well

For everyone who had a hanging problem about this phone, simply.. Just upgrade it into CyanogenMod CM12.1 , 5.1.1 Android version.. And when you did.. Your phone is like lightning speed.. And say goodbye to hanging problem :)

have been using this phone since jan. 2014....on the average, the phone is ok. the only time I started experiencing problems was when I upgraded to 4.2.2 jellybean. right now the phone lags alot...apart from this, no issue. buy it but don't upgrade please

dani, 19 Jul 2015To much bad fone. Very slow fone.Please check if your phone is a copy because I have this phone and it works very well. If it is not a copy then try boosting it from the security aap.

I have been using it about 8 to 10 months and I have been facing different types of problem such as lagging.Every time my phone RAM reach about 90%,it will start to lag a lot and I have to restart my phone so that it won't lag,the memory of the phone also make my phone lag,once my memory are only left with 430 mb to 450 mb,it will start to lag,please help to fix it.

I m having a problem in my Samsung Galaxy Grand ...
My phone was hanging too much so i Exported all my contacts to SD card and reset it to factory settings but after that when i opened my contacts the Option of IMPORT/EXPORT Contacts disappeard!!! Plz hlp me I really need those contacts

Im using this phone for over 1 year now.my advice is not to update this device to jellybean 4.2. I updated and it became really slow.then I installed 4.1 again and it performs smooth now.im using over 50 apps in my mobile withot any lagging.battry backup is also not bad.I hope this will help for those who having lagging problem.
