jay, 09 Jul 2013I dont understand..it says that internal memory is 8gb then... moreya.. i don't understand why all are blaming about internal memory... it mentioned 8 GB .. but where they store OS and inbuilt programs. it consumes 4 GB. and 4GB available for user.. and it is mentioned in Samsung's authorized site.

I want clarification regarding Internal Memory , in specifications clearly mentioned 8 GB of Internal Memory but i am able to use 3.94 GB only.... can anybody give me information about this

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos in India in April 2013, and it was working great. I recently accepted a software update and only later realized that all other languages except English and some Asian scripts have disappeared from my phone. I am very ken on getting French back. Is there any solution? Thanks

how does dual sim work ? if u r speaking on sim1 and a call comes in on sim 2 , then what happens ?

any one know any thing about it's internal memory? it's supposed to be 8 giga but after few minutes aftr opening it for the first time it became 4 giga only any one has an answer plz???????

Anonymous, 08 Jul 2013When I search gsm arena I found that galaxy grand support 3... moreIt supports 3g in single sim. But you can put your 3g sim any of the slots. If you make say sim1 3g, sim2 will become 2g and voce versa.
So in shot at a time 3g will work for one sim, that you can choose which one. You dont have to transfer sim from one tray to another to cgange data service source.
Both sim trays of 3g capable.

If you want to try the new ROM on your Galaxy Grand Duos, you can do it by visiting http://www.sammobile.com/2013/07/08/android-4-2-2-for-the-galaxy-grand-duos-leaked/#.UdqSb67Fskg.twitter and following the instructions. It is a Samsung-made ROM, but it’s still a pre-release one not meant for public use, so bugs and other issues are likely.
So its up-to you if you want, you can wait i will suggest for official firmware upgrade to arrive.
