I bought grand about a month. Anyone facing the volume drop... although it is max... after restart it go back to normal. Any solutions or what setting possible cause this?

Pls, do not waste your money to purchasing grand totally waste of money.i have own grand & it's only three month old. the problem which i have faced in my mobiles are Auto restart & switch off , sometimes getting hang by itself. Also i have faced poor response for the same in samsung CC as well as service center.
