I have recently bought Samsung Galaxy grand, almost a month back. For few days it worked fine then I tried swithching it off and it did not switch after an hour when I tried again it switched off same happened while trying to switch it on. I have to charge the battery everyday even though I am using it for the basic functions. The worst part it few days back suddenly the battery got drained from 100% to 2% and I went to service center assuming that the issue is with battery but they told the motherboard has gone bad. The issue was due to water logging as stated by service center. I use my mobiles very carefully and nothing such has happened to my mobile, no water has gone but the service center is not ready to accept and now to correct the problem they are charging a good amount. These expenses I have to pay with-in a month of purchasing the mobile. I think it was my wrong decision of buying such and expensive mobile which has gone bad with-in a month without any issue from our side and we have to pay for it now. Please don't buy such mobiles and also Samsung service center dosen't seem to be reliable. So please don't trust them.

its fully harashment and never buy this phone it hav s many problem.it restart automatically and running automatically.it also hang most of the time and i complained in samsung service centre but they do not want to listen anything they told after selling their is no respnsibility of ours.so please do not buy this phone and any other samsung smart phone its better go with i phone instead of samsung.

i just bought this Grand 3 days ago and i Notice that the battery is easily getting drain, It's like I have to charge the phone everyday. I haven't even login to my social media or any other online application.
the RAM status keeps on reaching above 500MB, while I do not know what applications are running..
anyone facing the same problem? any solution for this?

Guys I would suggest you not to go with this phone...you might be deceived with 5 inch screen but pixel density is two low in this phone.800 by 480 pixel in 5 inch screen is too poor display.I can recommend you better to go with galaxy s advance in this range..Its far better than grand.you might see RAM is 768 Mb.But that does not matter.If you have a dual core processor 768mb is enough..Super amoled display a great plus point with 16 gb internal memory..

Bro, plz suggest my best fone in this price range from samsung brand only.. Coz I feel, this is da most trusted brand in mobiles... And also... I like samsung bcoz of its GUI.... It includes lots of special features that r not available in other fone.... So suggest any fone from this brand nd in this price range....
