this grand i9082, is not up-gradable to kitkat.
check some legit site of samsung and cust. serv. sites.
It does hang, YES, IT IS ONLY 1GB RAM PEOPLE! with only 700mb addressable to apps. Learn your phone before complaining

Yeah Im using this unit and t was been updated since i have this in 2 moths It didnt reconizing well sometimes it hanged up but over all i give it 3 star

Horrible phone, hangs all the time, can't receive calls, use apps, even after a factory reset! Am so disapointed with you samsung, even after I bought this phone with a lot of money. Moving on to the next android device, like HTC.

I am using grand for over 3 months. and it has never even fell down frm m and there is a black line throughout t he screeen as well as its gettting hanged all the time... even i miss my phone calls.
