To solve most of these issues
Heating
Reboots
Hanging/Freezing
Poor graphics
do this - UPDATE YOUR GRAND TO LATEST FIRMWARE VERSION THROUGH KIES.
Most of these issues were already noticed by Samsung and fixed in a series of updates.

The phone gets freezed on switching on the radio, opening navigation or any other basic activity which we expect from any other "SMARTPHONE" to do it with ease. I would suggest to the people who are planning to buy this phone, please donot waste your money. The phone is all about good looks thats it.

I hv used both Grand & Lg L9 for more than a month now, both hv their pros & cons:
LG L9 has:
+ Better screen-IPS has accurate colors & sharper also
+ Graphics also look better due to higher resolution & better chipset
+ Compact & light weight
+ Special features such as voice commands for camera click & quick memo (useful)
+ Little more battery backup & faster charging
- Cam only 5mp (bad low light performance in stills & videos both)
- Boxy design is poky in pocket & hand
- Android is ICS
- Processor seems to be over-clocked as it heats
- Audio quality little low (even after jet audio install)
- Sometimes little lag in touch performance
- Low internal storage (4GB, 2.33 available + 1.67 used by OS)
Grand has:
+ Dual Sim option
+ Android Jelly Bean with multi window option
+ Much better cam 8mp
+ Better processor actual 1.2 dual core (never heats)
+ Better touch performance
+ Better audio
+ Bigger screen
+ Higher internal storage (8GB, 4GB available+ 4GB used by OS)
- Low resolution screen, perfectly usable but not very good (have yellow tint also)
- Big mobile not advisable for single hand use for people having small hands
- Software seems heavy for its hardware (I keep lot of features disabled & enable only when required which leads to better performance) & I also restart it in 2 days & mine never hangs.
- Less battery backup & slow charging (2.5 to 3 hrs. for full charge) lasts 1 day in heavy use & 2 days in light use.
- Low graphics & seems lower quality chipset & GPU (usable but not very good)
For dual sim people with big hands grand is good.
For single sim people with small hands LG L9 is good & its little cheaper also.
Also note that Grand doesnt support TV-out (via MHL A/V link) which is confirmed by customer care & i hv checked all cables also but no video output.
Also note that both phones support class 10 memory cards which Im using.

Guys..why are there so many complaints about this phone..FYI,i am using note 2 and this phone..well,i dont compare both phone because each is in different league..never encounter with any problem except for the average battery life of this grand..i am a satisfied customer after owning this grand..anybody interested of owning one,i can assure you this is the best dual sim phone you can get better any other brand with funtionality almost like the note 2..thanks..

raj, 17 Apr 2013my services app is not working...how to use it? it's showin... morecheck ur net connection bro.go to settings>>mobile data and see if its active and in case it is active and the same problem arises then talk to the customer care of whatever sim u have.:)

i am using this grand and it has a good battery backup
it gives you a 50GB space through dropbox and is really handy

Nice phone,Everything working fine.....I am able to play all big android games..screen response is good..battery is awesome
