So you are doing a good job to launder the image of Samsung and advertise the phone. Why not tell your company to make Grand Duos 2 or Grand Duos Plus in other to correct the defects in the phone.

The worst Dual-SIM phone. The radio hangs then and now,implying that you can neither receive the calls nor make the calls. Since the user is unaware of the fact that the phone has hanged, It could be hours before he realizes and reboots. Do not buy this phone if you are in a profession where you need to be on call.

shrey, 05 Apr 2013what is 50gb dropbox about i dont know about it can anyone tellhi shrey. dropbox is just as mail box.. u can upload the music, videos files like in ur dropbox.. first u have to register in drop box and then u have to download this drop box app in 3 or 4 different systems (laptop., computer, office computer) like this. then u have login in all the systems. it ll show out 7 terms u have to fullfill 4terms.. then u get the 50gb in ur account..
then u can easily upload ur files in the dropbox with the help of net and with the account u can open the files anywhere in the world. .

I have updated twice my phone still it hangs 2 time and switchoff once automatically at night n I have to remove battery n reinsert to start again...can samsung service center solve it?? Reply....and what do you think ..its hardware problem or software?? Plz reply

look n features r good. but in my case phone is hanging sometimes. it is really irritating me. im not the lover of any other company or a china mobile. im frankly speaking, phone is getting hang sometimes. if anyone wants to buy double check this issue with someothers.

I cannot download games, songs etc.. and whenever I download ,a notification telling" an error occured while downloading..." appeared. Why?????

Is the Galaxy Grand Duos with 3G 850/1900/2100MHz available in the Philippines? I can't find in any cellphone store. It seems the only available version in the Philippines is the 3G 900/1900/2100MHz version. Anybody? Any idea where I can buy the other variant in the Philippines? Thanks.

After the last update performance of this phone has increased.
*online all the day via wifi / 3g.
*more than 40 apps installed.
*heavy games frontline commando etc etc are installed.
*using Go launcher.
My ph has never hanged. Touchwood
Highly recommended to any 1 willing to buy a smartphone.
