please off power saver mode. it reduce phones performance.so hangs problem is occure

Hey As a user of Samsung note and Note 2 I can suggest never buy a Samsung phone...it wont last then 4 to % months and that too with regular visits to teh service center. A Brand like Nokia replaces your phone in 3 visits to the service center..but these guys are so stubborn...with in 1st month of purchase I had to visit the service center twice.

It is not a good phone because i bought it 9th of march
but after a week it creates problem such that play store doesn't open and when it repair then also after a week it creates same problem.so i suggest u to could not buy this phone.HTC is best

Let me provide a detailed review. I have been using this phone for a month now:
Plus: dual-sim, good camera (both front and back), not so bad screen resolution (may be i never used all the super AMELOD etc), 26-28 hr battery (with moderate usage), Value for money
Negative: It does hangs with the latest firmware and Jellybean 4.1.2 (Initially thought had to do with SIM, changed it but still has issue and needs to reboot once in 2 days), Only 4 GB memory usable for applications, pictures and videos

Moreover I am able to access only 4GB of memory in which application are also installed. So kindly confirm who is really using Samsung Grand and can able to access or see 8GB of memory in phone.

I got it week ago. Good purchase, like it. Battery might last longer, otherwise its really functional. Wifi goes nice
