i bought this phone previous month.It is awesome bt i found it has a problem in its qwerty keypad when i press cross key its not working it works like when i press M alphabet plz give me suggestion

My two friends have Samsung galaxy grand no one complain hang and display issues. so I think some people give worng information. Please don't blame mobile it's great phone yaar

for those people who own this device, can you receive sms on this device simultaneously? or you have to switch from sim1 and 2? if for example your going to send a sms, do you have to select how would you be able to know what sim will be used? tnx

The technical support for Samsung is worse than I thought. The person was asking me for directions for settings and ultimately told me will ask technician to call me and never received a call. On the site you enter all your details and a pop up comes up saying "there is no agent for livechat" ...The text mssg automatically gets converted to mms mssg after certain number of characters are typed and the mms does not get sent. The technical person does not know where the setting options for messages is as he says he does not have a manual in front of him. He gives me the info that max number of characters which can be typed is 160 per sms and then it automatically changes to mms. He does not have any supervisor or manager or any body else in the whole technical support team who can answer my question about how to make sure that the automatic conversion from sms to mms is stopped. There is an option but it does not work.....messaging >>>> settings >>>> MMS Settings >>>> Creation Mode >>>> Restricted/Warning/Free....does not make a difference whatever you choose it still converts the sms to mms automatically.....and you cannot send mms.....really really crap if you want to send long messages and I do not even know whom to ask for help...very very very very dissapointed

I bought this mobile for month ago from Dubai, it has a main problem, the Mobile freeze during call, browsing internet, browsing emails, then restart it self.
it is very bad problem ?
what can I do ?????
is this problem related to software or something like that Or it it is related to hardware?!!!

also unable to send MMS messg ... it keeps on saying sending....even for a 1 kb mssg and does not get delivered even if the recipient has mms. Is there some specific setting I need to do or which I have not done...any advice would be of great help.

Grand has a Broadcom Videocore IV GPU and most of the HD games will work with it.
Check the specs.
