It has several problems.. I am currently using the same.. Games binary not upgraded.. you will face issue related to Subway surfer, highway rider etc.. Scrren rotation issue is also there (ones you put lock pin code to unlock screen) - service centre does not have solution for it, it gets hang some time.. Rest of things are quite good.. Just Camera - photo quality is not excellent considering Brand of Samsung. You have to visit service centre at least one time for games binary up gradation.

Updated to XXAMC5. But still screen brightness when AUTO checked, works erratically. I noticed this since the first two updates (27 MB & 21 MB). Even the third update (16 MB ie. XXAMC5) not solved this. Please guide.

AutoCAD WS not running smoothly. It crashes very often and runs jerky. Runs better on ACE plus. Anything wrong ?

purchased a new GRAND. I don't see TASK MANAGER in the apps. But in Application manager (settings) > ALL APPS i can see task manager with 0.00 KB. Is anything wrong ? How to kill unnecessary running apps ? Please guide.

Hi, all!
I bought this phone for my wife few days ago... There is one issue - Google Chrome is hanging after we installed few apps frm Google Play and Samsung Apps. Have no idea what to do..:( Cannot uninstall the browser as it is systematic. I suspect that it's because of we have downloaded 3rd party apps as I can see some adds appeared on other web browsers of the phone. Any ideas??? Should I reset the phone to factory setting or what? Thanks.

atul sharma, 20 Mar 2013i have some battery issue in my phone i cannot use this pho... moreif you are a heavy user,i.e., u play games all day, listen to music, keep WiFi on at all times then for sure your phone's battery will drain really fast and you'll have to charge it twice.
And don't expect an android phone to give you a long battery backup.
And also update your Grand to the latest firmware XXAMC5 through Kies, the battery backup will slightly increase.

this phone is really bad this phone don't have anything let's compare it with nokia n8. N8 has 12 mp pixel and grand has only 8mp.N8 internal memory is 16GB and grand has only 8GB.N8 has xenon light camera with carlzeiss lens and grand has normal lens and normal flash.You can connect N8 with your T.V and pendrive directly but you can't do this with grand and last but not the least Nokia N8 price 18,890 and grand pricr 21,500

Its not the case.
Seriously you dont know a thing about phones. First use it and then tell and you are saying as if you are going to count every pixel on the screen.
