the phone is very good.all these problems are with the update.don't update it.my 4n works really well.if you want to update,after the stability update it runs really well

This phone is very bad..always get hanged up also very slow in functioning. Would be very bad choice to buy.

Gran Tourismo, 09 Aug 2014after a long time a new update of 198.59 mb is showing here... moreits the stability update....
I installed it and now grand is really become smoother than before...
all the glitches and hang problem will be resolved through this update...

Although the data of your device will be erased but after Hard Reset the device will work as good as new and the battery drain problem will be definitely solve bcoz in the latest update they solve the battery drain bug. I request everyone plz guys after every update of Android Reset your device so that the latest update will function for what they are made for.

The problem with the phone is the RAM and Touchwiz UI
RAM read and write speed is too low. So it does not clear background apps quickly. And if phone runs out of RAM it gets hung up and reboot.
Also the touchwiz UI of Samsung is buggy.It uses high amount of RAM on the top of Android.
To fix this problem, need to work around the device :-
one has to clear RAM (don't let it go above 650MB) & background apps frequently using Task manager and third party cleaners. Eg. All-in-Toolbox (Old version), clean master etc....
And for touchwiz one can download a launcher eg. Nova launcher, miui launcher etc as the animation speed of this third party launchers is way better than touchwiz one can feel the speed.....
About battery, a fall of20-30% after restart is due to bugs in battery management software. So just dial *#0228# in dialler to get back those 20-30% back.

dont expect kitkat update for this phone got to repair center they will flash the software.. after this dont do any update keep the basic update coz after the update your phone will becoms slow... these are the words told to me by the service center guys but they dont agree that this this phone is week in performance .....
