me, 03 Apr 2014i forgot my password....therefore i could not use my phone.... moreYou can use u r phone by two ways 1. u can reset u r password by using u r google account or else u can do factory reset.... for Factory rest Switch off Your Mobile Just go to boot mode by pressing Lock Key, Home Key, Volume Up key at a time, Press Untill the Samsung logo apperes.. Then by using volume up, volume down key navigate to the option wipe data/factory reset and select by pressing lock key followed by Yes...after process completes restart your mobile then your mobile work as smooth as new one...Note: By doing factory reset all the data in the phone memory will erased including contacts,messages,apps...

Can any one help : I angm using Grand since 4 months. I dont know full about this phone, it was gifted by my husband who stays in a more distance to me. I use this phone for call, video chat and calling and photos only. I regulary use google auto back up also. Yesterday I find a peculiar and worrying thing. I just opened good and find that some of my photos were edited and some forieners also avlbl in those group pictures nd some of my pictures were animatted like dancing and laughing....I coundt know even how to express this querry...can any one understanding my querry plz help me. I usually keep data any time in ON mode. please help me how this happens

Amazing camera, a little slow if u preview the images after taking a photo.
the worst is the battery life.
without d data package and WiFi on you will run out of battery by 12 hrs
with ur data pakage on you will have deaad battery in 6 hrs and with the Wifi on u will run out of battery in 3 hrs. this is very annoying.
if u r using 2 sims and if 1 ur using to make calls and the other for data , whn ur data is on you will not get any calls and ur call no. will be shown as Out of Reach . this will get corrected only after u make a call. Afer u have made 1 call, u will have a shock to get all ur missed call msg .
A very bad buy .

Its a nice phone camera quality is absolutely fine. all android phone got hung...but i suggest you get grand 2 ..
