i got a oneplus about a month ago and i am facing the following issues.
1) slow keypad
2) camera stops working
3) few apps stop working.
I am not able to reach any of the customer service stations.
These r the facts my dear friend kj u have to digest not me. Where is the spec list snapdragon 801 3 gb ram, r they out from device for a refreshment walk

I got my phone yesterday satisfied with the device after using moto g2 n Lenovo a6000. Ring volume is low other than this i found no issue. Battery backup is good till now, because only 24 hours use cant judge. After 18 hours battery was 30% of full charge, i did not waited for full discharge. Display brightness is fair enough i think because i was able to see in sunlight at 2pm noon, i didn't checked in direct sunlight on screen.

I m about to purchase this GRAND MAX.but can any1 help me..
? I mean can any1 tell me how the phn is.is it good for android lover customers....?
The following thinks i wnt 2 knw
1).hw its OS( operating system) works. Was it hang aftr using a few days....?
2).hw its RAM 1.5gb works. Was give quick response aftr clicking or not...?
3).hw its Rear camera 13mp works in day n nigth time n its flash....? Was it good or not...? n hw its front camera 5mp works...?
4). hw its Video viewing quality...? n Hd recording...? Was it good or not...?
5).hw its battery works...?
SO Plz DOSE WHO ARE USING THIS PHONE.ITS MY REQUEST TO U THAT Plz TELL ME..WHAT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE OR FEELING AFTER USING THIS PHONE.....?

I am on the hold for my slated purchase of Samsung Galaxy Grand Max for want of GSMarena review of Display brightness & particularly the Audio quality of Speaker,its Volume, Ringtone etc. in db.
Their review was very helpful in selecting my last purchase of Samsung galaxy S4 mini, a year and seven months back which is working nicely even after its two drops, each from a height of approx. 3.5 feet.
