Today 3rd sept 2016 a new update of size 176.35mb has been given by samung in galaxy grand max update ur device and tell me the new features....

sahil, 03 Sep 2016u have to update the software if u want to use 4Gi want to use 4g in my mob. but there is no option for lte or 4g

sahil, 03 Sep 2016u have to update the software if u want to use 4GI'm currently on 5.1.1. But the problem persists. I tried my luck with samsung care but all they had to say that there's a problem with my motherboard we have to replace so it doesn't come under warranty. Lost all hopes regarding this issue

this problems are very rare but it happens sometimes.
im afraid u have to reset ur phone and update ur phone again.
same problem occured to one of my friends phone he uses note 3.

while i was upgrading my samsung galaxy grand max it will suddenly stop working and screen becomes black not only power button or volume button doesnt work what to so please sugest some thing..

tsang, 30 Aug 2016i have updated my galaxy grandmax upto android 5.1.1. so do... moreyes, the phone is working fine absolutely with 4G/ LTE sim. you get the option to select LTE only when you use 4G Sim in your phone.

Whenever i switch to lte mode, a pop up displays com.android.phone has stopped working. I even tried flashing my phone but still no help. Pleaae help me out here, cant use 4g.
