It is almost as responsive as the new phones to touch since I bought a new battery for it earlier this week. All it needed was a battery change.

I'm still using it the purpose is, google using via browser, Facebook lite for friends, Instagram lite for idols, YouTube music for walking, calls and text and im on WiFi always cuz this is 3G only and i charge it Three times for 2 days it's enough for a sleek to hold and simpler life in 2025
Btw: I installed it a Android 10 Custom ROM

My older brother owned one and now it's with me. I primarily use it to receive OTP codes. I remember my brother would compare its camera to other phones, he would always win 😂

My dad had this phone. Can't believe it's been 10 years now. He used to get alot of phone calls and I really loved the "Over the Horizon" ringtone. I also loved that each generation gets its own version of that ringtone. It's such a small thing but I really loved samsung for that. Seems like they stopped doing that after s20 or s21.

Bought it in 2015, used it till 2018. I kept the phone in pristine condition and thankfully it held up well for 3 years. Not the best phone of that era but one of the better ones. Being my first smartphone it was very special.

in this galaxy grand prime which is 8 gb only why it is that the move to sd is not supported by any app.?the need of a supported sd storage app is badly needed to free internal space and to add some apps and not to waste money and time in freeing space.

this phone no longer works with wifi, new apps became too hard to run on it , it works well offline but the battray is very bad

I am working with this phone and this phone works awsome. At sometimes it lags in some apps like instagram whatsapp but this is a good phone
