As of last week, I was still using this phone. Until my buddie saw it and said it was outdated. He gave me a Note 10 that he had lying around. If it wasn't for that I would stil be using til it stops. Had it for 6 years.

good phone for that age, used it for 4 years until it died, ram was not enough and everything was shit after long use but still a good phone thanks bye

Fake comments for a old phone that is not a flagship, if your looking to buy a phone, dont buy this in 2022 it only supports android 5 or 6.

Reading the comments on here I don't know what you're expecting this thing is old and not even a flagship you deserve to be scammed. This was the first phone I bought with my own my money it worked really good in 2014 don't get this if you're expecting games and such its too old. Rooting it as a side project is the only reason Id get it.

One example that i use frequently, would be Lineage OS as it has weekly security patches released to keep you protected with 2022 android security updates on Galaxy Grand Prime. it also makes it run smoother, battery lasts longer and it removes the "bloatware" (extra software) the providers install.

3 year(2016-2018) i use this phone before i know what the problems in this Samsung galaxy grand prime.and after i know the phone has many problems.i stop use this phone and then i buy a new phone redmi S2 2019

I got this as my first smartphone in 2016. It served me well until it ran out of storage space, which made a lot of my apps, camera and other features stop working. I wish I had known that 8gb of storage wasn't a lot when I purchased it. Thank God they are making phones with larger batteries too. I liked the fact you could replace the battery, because now if your battery goes, you must get a whole new phone. Oh well, that's planned obsolescence for ya!

I have this phone. yes I exist. can i play games? yes, games from 2014. playing Clash of Clans have problems. like, 0 running frames when attacking or sudden disconnect. but if you're a guy who can fully enhance the performance for this phone. the only thing i'll say is quit dreaming, because i tried every single thing to enhance it. but, yea. Can i use facebook? Facebook lite, yep. sometimes, crash. Facebook App? hmm, no comment. Facebook Messenger? yea, useable but, no chat heads. chat heads, causes lags to this phone.
Saddest of all, no more YOUTUBE. Due to late Android Version.
Yea, i exist, and use this phone until now. i wish some miracle happen to my life and give me new phone. hahahaa
