Hanging issue is common. Don't worry. I owned this phone since last year. Almost 2016 already and it still working fine. Need to restart it once every 2 weeks to ensure smoothness. I don't blame the phone because I installed too many apps and using them at the same time simultaneously doesn't help lagging issue. It advice to clear cache at phone setting and clear ram when phone start to lag. It doesn't have ram manager so you need to install one first. So far so good. Haven't had a scratch and still looks like new. Happy with it after over a year. Now I am older I get more jobs and busier so this phone don't suit me anymore. Thinking of getting a larger flagship smartphone due to this reason. I may use this grand prime as a backup phone though. It work very well as youtube only device since it don't use much ram at all when watching video.

mhn, 06 Dec 2015Guys pls help me.. my camera of grand prime is suddenly no... moreDismantle the battery, micro sim card and sd card from the phone then wait for a few while then reinstall and turn on the phone, maybe it'll work normal again. If I were you I'll not kept the sd card inside the phone for security reason.

Thats not how li-ion batteries work. Youre thinking of the old days of ni-cad batteries. Li-ion batteries do need a few charge cycles to bring them up to their potential.

i faced the same problem with my grand prime last week...plz simply plug out ur sd card and both sim and repluged them. ur cam will be lounched.

Always system hang but infront camera for selfie d best.
