please my internal memory is already filled up without all the apps I need, but am unable to download from playstore because the phone memory is full, and please how would I make it download on my external storage. I NEED AN ANWSER QUICKLY BECAUSE THIS PHONE IS KILLING ME, I HAVE ONLY 5 APPLICATIONS THAT DIDN'T COME WITH THE PHONE. THANK YOU

First of all power off your phone and then press and hold home button, volume down button and power button at the same time. After your phone is start press volume up button and then after 5 minutes remove the mobile battery from phone and then inter it and power on the phone.
Now your phone camera is ready to use.
