jeff, 13 Nov 2015how did you update the phone??go to the settings, at the bottom you have about the device, go there and then update software, wait until update is finished, phone will restart, and that's it !! :))

IBGM, 14 Nov 2015Worst phone ever!why do you think that ?! I have mine for about two weeks, it works perfectly, except when i was install a lot of applications, one by one, and then delete them, camera has started to freezing, but after restore it works normally !! Now I have only four useful apps that I like ( navigation maps, antivirus, viber and lamp) I think that freezing is generally the fault of android phones, or in my case was a small RAM memory......who knows.... but grand prime is great !!

I usually don't post any comment unless I want to ask for some advice or whenever something really pisses me off like the experience I've lived with this phone. Yes, it has a good camera, good battery life, and yes, it is a mid-range phone. When it comes to daily usage, -what a headache-, the phone hangs and lags A LOT. Whenever I switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi -or viceversa-, I have to restart the device, otherwise it will take a year to open an app. It has very bad Wi-Fi signal reception. My girlfriend's Huawei Y300 gets 3x better Wi-Fi signal. It has tons of useless pre-installed apps which you can't uninstall but disable (which eats up your RAM, as if it had enough), anyway Samsung and its bloatware. I wouldn't recommend you to buy this phone unless you are an 80-year-old person who just make a couple of calls and some text daily. What a nigthmare this phone is! Crazy!

WORST PHONE EVER!!!
Hi, everybody.
I usually don't post any comment unless I need some advice or when something pisses me off as hell like the experience I've had with this phone. Yes, it is a mid-range, it has a great camera and a good battery life. But it's too slooow and hangs A LOT. IMO, this phone is targeted for very very very soft users, such as 80-year-old people who place a couple of calls or text often. DO NOT GET THIS!

which one is good. please give me your best suggestion with any problem with model.your opinion with which one is good to buy with 0 requirement with 2yrs Tab with fido.

Super fast phone. Very smooth. Sometimes lag(honestly). Most of the time it works very good and fine. The best camera from low budget phone ever. A lot of modes there and manual control. I love the radio which can records too. The battery life is decent and let you go through the day very well. Amazingly the last 2% of the battery last for over an hour. Really difficult to kill the last percent of battery. Nice. Very slim phone and almost the same thickness as Note 4. I recommend people to buy it. Thumbs up.

jeff, 13 Nov 2015how did you update the phone??You have to go to options on your phone,and then scroll down and you will see something like "About phone".Open that and you will see "Update system" or something like that.When you click that,you can update it.I don't have that phone,but thats how i updated mine.

Even it has quad core 64 bit processor and 1 GB RAM but it's unable to play PSP games at full speed and not speed is reasonable it's just slower than other 1 GB RAM mobiles

Good phone and nice style, but when it came hot it get freez and restart continously until it stable. some time it come when we most needed , just release the battery and wait until the upper back of phone get colder and try to start again. want something better , use S6 or Note4 :)

hey ..I am using this phone from 1month ..n it's work properly but Battery life is not so good in 3g network .nd sometimes phone gets slow...any ways ..I love my phone n ...it's good phone......n nice camara quality. ....
