It been two months and I'm facing lagging of my phone suddenly screen minimize without touching hang a lot it is worse even while playing is there any procedure to change or replace phone or fixing it

I am using this phone for sept 2015...but till now I didnot face any problem.... battery backup is good, latest android. version, and good in performance...... in other. words. it is superb..........

Samsung is worst in case of updates...
There is still no lollipop update for Pakistan GG Prime.
Just quit Samsung.

I bought this phone several months before..i think this phone is doing really well...radiation is too low,no heating problems,battery back is also good..both front & back cameras r also good at day light...
According to my opinion it is better than lenovo k3 ..in camera & back up
..bt the ram & rom is not enough..
Any way i like this phone ....

Root it straight to android marshmallow 6.0. Performance great and super speedy. Camera became horrible though with less option.

I have had my Samsung through Tmobile but lately when I'm talking,the other person can't hear me. The sounds goes out in the middle of the conversation. Could this be my carrier?
